I’m a Brooklyn-based freelance reporter and editor, digital editor at Texas Monthly, and part-time journalism instructor at The New School. My work centers on industries that deserve more critical attention, like beauty, wellness, fitness, travel, or the time I embedded with a group of teens at a Margaritaville convention. My writing has been published by Allure, where I’m a contributing reporter, The Washington Post, The Atlantic, Outside, VICE, Marie Claire, Jezebel, Glamour, and SELF. I graduated from NYU and earned my MA in Creative Publishing and Critical Journalism from the New School, where I worked as an editor at Public Seminar.
